PRODUCING REFERENCES
Monette worked as a Field Producer for National Geographic Television in 2005 during the filming of a documentary about dingoes on Fraser island. She worked tirelessly to ensure National Geographic obtained the necessary permissions required to film in Australia and on the island. Once the production began, Monette handled all the staffing and logistics on the production. Her crewing choices were top notch. Her control of scheduling and budgeting was totally professional and reliable. Her logistical planning worked out flawlessly, and the entire production came off without a hitch. In retrospect, she did the job of several people at once, and did each job better than anyone else we could have chosen. We were completely satisfied and would have no hesitation working with her again should the opportunity arise.

This letter is to confirm that Monette Lee worked for Flicks between 1994 and 2004 as one of my senior producers. During that time she worked for a wide range of clients producing a wide range of work including corporate and government presentations as well as large and small scale commercial productions. These clients included Toshiba, Sebel Furniture, CGU, Proton Cars, NSW Dept of Community Services, The Australian Securities Commission, Royco Soup (TVC) for Belgium, and many more. She has always been a delight to work with and is a great team player as well as being responsible and trustworthy. When it came to budget issues, I could always rely on Monette to do the impossible which was to get the best results for the available budget. These projects ranged from $25,000 to $200,000. She was always diligent when it came to managing schedules and maintaining constant client communication. A self starter who would always get on with the job.
There’s really nothing that Monette can’t do, she’s a seasons actor, presenter, writer, director and voice artist and these skills have always complimented her role here at Flicks. I would highly recommend Monette to anyone in the production industry seeking her services and would be more than happy to discuss our relationship in detail.

Thank you Monette for the efforts and the outstanding result you and your team produced within the constraints of our budget and deadline. You pulled a nebulous concept together and delivered an excellent package on time and under budget. Pretty neat trick. I would recommend Flicks and your production and directorial skills to anyone needing to get their message to the market. Thanks again and I look forward to working with you and your team again.
